Sebastian Nagel
Since February 2020, I have been a part-time research programmer in the "Communication, Networks and Contention" group at the Department of Politics and Public Administration and a member of the project "Mobilizing Ethnic Inequalities" within the Cluster of Excellence "The Politics of Inequality". I also work as crawl engineer and data scientist at the Common Crawl foundation. Previously, I worked as a software developer. I received a MA in Slavistics and a PhD in computational linguistics at the University of Munich. As research programmer I support researchers to achieve and analyze data using state-of-the-art tools, machine learning and natural language processing.
