Ioannis Tagos, MA

Research Assistant/PhD Student

Ioannis Tagos (MA) has been an academic assistant and doctoral student at the Chair of Management, in particular Strategy and Leadership of Prof. Dr. Sabine Boerner since September 2022.

From 2016 to 2020, he completed a B.A. in Political and Administrative Science at the University of Konstanz with a focus on management. He subsequently completed the Master of Arts in Political and Administrative Science (University of Konstanz). In the Management and Administration programme, he specialised in leadership research and empirical methods.

During his studies, Ioannis Tagos was voluntarily active within the student representation as chairman, deputy senator as well as vice president of the student parliament. He gained practical experience in the field of personnel and organisation in municipal administration, as a consultant in the office of a member of parliament and as a member of Bodensee Consulting e.V.

His research focuses on the causes of shared and informal leadership in teams.
