Co-production of public value in digital service delivery (CoVal)
The EU CoVAL project, funded by the European Union under the Horizon 2020 program, addresses how digital service delivery can be designed with the involvement of citizens.
The EU CoVAL project (2017-2021) addressed the question of how citizens and other users can be integrated into the service delivery of public administration. This question was discussed in cooperation with seven other project partners. In particular, the focus was on the question of how citizens can be involved in digital processes of service provision and what added value is created through the integration of users. In addition, the project analyzed which methods and competencies are necessary for this type of service provision in order to be able to successfully design joint service provision.
