Our society is becoming increasingly diverse. This is also reflected in the composition of the Department. People of different ages, genders, nationalities, social backgrounds, etc. come together in the courses and in everyday study and work at the department. At the Teaching Day, which took place on 8 February 2023, approaches were developed on how diversity can be perceived as an opportunity and how the different needs of students and staff can be addressed. In particular, the participants dealt with the diversity-friendly design of courses in order to create an inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
