New geospatial data tool "geomerge" launched

Together with Andrew Linke (University of Utah), we have just released a new R software package called "geomerge" that enables spatio-temporal data integration implementing established best practices from the geographical sciences.

The software package provides a range of capabilities for spatio-temporal data integration in a single, easy-to-use R function. Details on the tool may be found here, the tool is also available on CRAN.
