SEDS Funding Application

In order for you to succesfully receive funding for your applications please hand in these documents via email to the AK:

•  Application form (currently only available in German)
• The original bill
• Proof of payment

We will then consider your request and get back to you in a timely fashion. Once approved, please forward all of the above documents as well as

• A one page document detailing what exactly you want to get funded and why it should be funded
• Either the refund form (currently only available in German) or the travel expense report

to the programme coordinator. Please note that we cannot grant any funding requests that do not meet the above administrative requirements.
