Prof. G. Schneider awarded the Helmut Schmidt Fellowship 2018. During his stay in the forthcoming academic year (winter term 2018/2019) in the  GMF headquarter in Washington, D.C. his research focuses on how the European Union and the United States use economic sanctions jointly or in isolation of each other.
