Anselm Fliethmann

Anselm Fliethmann is a PhD candidate at the Chair of International Relations. His dissertation project is part of the excellence cluster "The Politics of Inequality" and focusses on the political discourse in Germany surrounding the so-called "German Refugee Crisis" in 2015, specifically the "Framing of Inequalities". Anselm received a B.A. and an M.A. in Politics and Public Administration at the University of Konstanz, having also studied at the University of Durham (UK) and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore). He also received a B.Sc. in Economics from the University of Konstanz. His research interests include political communication, violent conflict and religion and conflict.
