Open Public Administration Scholarship (OPAS) is a repository that makes the results of Prof. Dr. Ines Mergel's research-oriented teaching available to the public in line with the University of Konstanz's e-science and open access strategy.

Student authors work closely with writing tutors to summarize their learning content in simple language and publish it on OPAS according to given author instructions. In this way, research-based teaching and learning results are made available to an interested professional public after a quality control.

Authors are usually recruited directly by our OPAS team and must adhere to the author's notes and style sheet. After various revision steps, the results are then published on the OPAS platform.
